SPARK Program

The zizzl Spark Program is designed to help you build the foundation needed to succeed as a Benefit Analyst.
This is a structured, hands-on training experience that combines coursework, licensing, and real-world application. You will learn how ICHRA works, how to support brokers and employers, and how to communicate complex benefit concepts with clarity and confidence.
Graduates of the program will have:

  • Completed all internal Spark courses, exams, and applied learning tasks

  • Passed the Wisconsin State Health Insurance exam, with preparation and exam costs covered by zizzl

  • Completed a guided exam prep program to build confidence and understanding

  • Delivered a final employee benefits presentation to senior leadership, applying what they have learned

  • Supported clients through your first Open Enrollment cycle

This experience is designed to give you both the knowledge and the context needed to contribute meaningfully from day one.
